素质修养,主要是指一个人在先天禀赋基础上通过后天的学习和实践获得的德、识、才、学、体等方面的总和。现阶段,培养人事干部具备良好的素质修养,是树立人事部门良好窗口形象的需要,也是努力打造人事干部“学习型、敬业型、廉洁型、务实型、道德型、效率性、服务性、纪律性”队伍的需要,更是人事部门管好人才、用好人才的需要。一、人事干部应具备坚定的政治素养政治素养,是指人事干部在政治方面所表现出来的素质,是其所必须具备的思想政治观点和政治立场等方面的基本条件,它在人事干部日常活动中起着极其重要的的作用。正如“德”是“才”的统帅一样,政治素质在人事干部素质体系中占据着举足轻重的地位。是人事干部各项素质的政治保证和统帅,也是一名人事干部素质高低的主要标志。人事干部具备了坚定的政治素质,才能更好地开展工作,才能提高工作的原则性、预见性、系统性和创造性,保证各项工作沿着正确的路线健康发展。
