教学反思是教学过程中教师不断提升自身综合素质、专业技能、提高教学效率,实现教学行为优化与改进的一个重要教学环节,同时又是一个容易被教师所遗漏的重要环节。实践证明,反思性教学具有很强的实用性。作为高中数学教师,在教学过程中应该根据《普通高中数学课程标准》的要求不断检验自己,更新教学理念,在教学过程中以学生为中心,不断总结、反思自身的教学方法,创造出更多具有实效性的教学方法。
