老红军王定国年已97岁,但精神饱满,气定神闲。一双洞察一切又包容一切的眼睛,一口地道浓郁的四川话。危险、艰苦却不失快乐的漫漫长征是她顽强生命力的源泉从70多岁开始,王定国开始练习书法和绘画。家里随处可见她的书画作品,而其中大部分都和长征有关。一幅名为《强渡嘉陵江》的水墨画,是王定国于1996年10月、长征胜利60周年的日子所作。

Her works of calligraphy and painting can be seen everywhere in the family, most of which are related to the Long March. An ink painting called “Qianting Jialing River” was made by Wang Dingguo in October 1996 on the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Long March.
