目的探讨分析新护理理念在消毒供应室内的应用效果。方法随机选取2015-2016年在消毒供应中心进行工作的护理人员及临床患者进行分析研究,将2016年开展护理新概念为观察组,2015年度陈旧护理管理为对照组,观察组采取护理新概念管理。组织学习相关精神,培养细节意识与安全意识。制定、学习各项规章制度及日常工作流程。处理回收物品,清洗、包装、灭菌,发放相关物品。结果经过护理新概念管理服务后观察组的护理工作质量以及各科室满意度均明显优于对照组。结论在优质服务工作中,消毒供应中心的基本工作都能完成,而且在发展中也使工作人员的业务素质能力和各科室的满意度均得到了有效提高,能够推动医院发展,有很大的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of new nursing concept in disinfection supply room. Methods A random sample of nurses and clinical patients working in disinfection and supply centers from 2015 to 2016 were selected and analyzed.
