三销式等速万向节由于具有转角大、组成零件的种类和数量少、制造工艺比较简单等特点。我厂生产的TSQ 80汽车起重机专用底盘,前桥亦采用了三销式等速万向节结构,见图1。几年来,在生产和使用过程中,发现的问题主要是三销轴轴颈与滚针轴承座中的滚针间接触应力高,三销轴各轴颈出现轻重不等的压痕(凹坑),见图2。此外,少数滚针有断裂现象,润滑不方便,装配拆卸困难等。针对存在的问题,我们采取了改进措施,收到了较好的效果。
The tri-pin type constant velocity universal joint has the characteristics of large rotation angle, fewer types and quantities of component parts, and relatively simple manufacturing process. The chassis of the TSQ 80 truck crane produced by our factory has a tri-pin constant velocity universal joint structure on the front axle (see Figure 1). In the past few years, during production and use, the main problems were found in the high contact stress between the needles in the three-pin shaft journal and the needle roller bearing seat, and the unevenness of the indentation in each journal of the three-pin shaft. ), see Figure 2. In addition, a small number of needle rollers have cracks, inconvenient lubrication, assembly and disassembly difficulties. In response to the existing problems, we have taken improvement measures and received good results.
