本研究目的是对原始未清洁2D与原始电子清洁3D的有限准备病人进行CT结肠成像(CTC)的读片策略对比。72例病人CT结肠成像前接受了低纤维饮食与口服碘剂。6位低年资与2位高年资医生按随机顺序复习清洁与未清洁的检查结果。
The purpose of this study was to compare the reading strategy of CT colonography (CTC) between patients who had limited initial preparation of 3D with raw clean 2D and original preparation of 3D. Seventy-two patients received a low-fiber diet and oral iodine prior to CT colonography. Six junior senior staff and two senior doctors review the results of the clean and unclean tests in random order.
