该文采用介孔碳分别吸附丁香油和莪术油,以丁香酚和莪术醇吸附率为指标,优选介孔碳与挥发油的比例;通过扫描电镜法和差示扫描量热法对吸附粉末进行物相表征;考察介孔碳对挥发油中有效成分体外溶出和受热稳定性的影响。当介孔碳与挥发油的比例达到1∶1时,即表现出较高的吸附率,挥发油被介孔碳吸附之后,指标成分丁香酚和莪术醇的体外溶出度有一定的提高,且受热后损失率减少50%以上,挥发油的稳定性得到提高。介孔碳吸附中药挥发油具有进一步研究的价值。
In this paper, mesoporous carbon was used to adsorb clove oil and zedoary turmeric oil respectively. The eugenol and curcumol adsorption rates were taken as indexes, and the ratio of mesoporous carbon and volatile oil was optimized. The effect of mesoporous carbon on the dissolution and thermal stability of active ingredients in volatile oil was investigated. When the ratio of mesoporous carbon to volatile oil reached 1: 1, the adsorption rate was high.
