变量轴向柱塞液压泵的噪声可以分为空气噪声和结构噪声两部分。本文论述了轴向柱塞泵的压力,倾角和转数对噪声的影响。以压力150巴、颅角15°和转数1450转/分作为基准,以其中两个参数保持不变而改变第三个参数的办法进行试验。在下列参数范围内(压力25~300巴、倾角0~25°、转数500~2250转/分),噪声分别变化6~11,3~5、12~20分贝(A),即转数变化对噪声的影响最大。为了降低噪声,可以降低噪声源的振荡性能,降低噪声传递特性和减小泵壳的辐射能力。文中采用预控阀来缓和柱塞缸内压力的陡升,从而急剧减小高谐波的振幅。为了降低噪声的传递,用 FeCrAl和 Incramute 两种材料进行了试验。其中采用 FeCrAl 材料可使噪声下降3分贝(A)左右。从结构上采取平衡轴向力的措施,也有助于降低噪声。综合采用上述措施后,可使中型变量轴向柱塞泵的噪声由原来的85~100分贝(A)降低到70~85分贝(A)。
Variable axial piston hydraulic pump noise can be divided into two parts of air noise and structural noise. This paper discusses the axial piston pump pressure, angle and the number of revolutions on the noise. With a pressure of 150 bar, a cranial angle of 15 ° and a number of revolutions of 1450 rev / min, the third parameter was changed with the two parameters remaining the same. In order to reduce the noise transmission, two kinds of materials, FeCrAl and Incramute, were tested. The use of FeCrAl material can reduce the noise by about 3 dB (A). Structurally balanced measures of axial force also help to reduce noise. Combined with the above measures, the noise of the medium-sized axial piston pump can be reduced from 85 to 100 dB (A) to 70 to 85 dB (A).
