香港合和建筑公司因工程需要,在深圳引进了加拿大代科挤压机临时生产线,现将该生产线的基本情况简介如下。一、代科挤压机制品和生产工艺其制品的标准厚度分别为150、200、250、300、380、400、450、480毫米,宽度均为1200毫米。孔型均为非圆形(图1),使空心板的结构更加合理,同时提高了制品空隙率(以厚度为150毫米板为例,空隙率达46.6%)。所用钢筋为7×φ4(或7×φ5)高强钢丝绞线。制品表面光滑,棱角分明,无塌陷、麻面等缺陷。
Honghe Hopewell Construction Co., Ltd. introduced a temporary production line for the Canadian Daiko Extrusion Press in Shenzhen due to engineering needs. The basic situation of the production line is as follows. First, the standard thickness of Daico’s extrusion products and production processes are 150, 200, 250, 300, 380, 400, 450, and 480 millimeters respectively, and the width is 1200 millimeters. The holes are all non-circular (Fig. 1), which makes the structure of the hollow plate more reasonable and improves the voidage of the products (for example, the thickness is 150 mm, the void ratio is 46.6%). The steel bars used are 7×φ4 (or 7×φ5) high-strength steel wire strands. The surface of the product is smooth, angular and clear, and there are no defects such as collapse and pockmark.
