(记者钟姝华)2001年9月4日至6日,华南省际劳务协作十周年大会在珠海召开。全国23个省市(自治区)劳动保障厅的代表们来了广东省人民政府张思平副秘书长赶来了,国家劳动保障部林用三副部长也赶来了,同聚珠海,“品尝”十年华南省际劳务协作的硕果。1991年,为了疏导南下广东的民工潮,广东、广西、四川、湖南4省(区)缔结了劳务协作关系,经历了十个春秋的华南省际协作发展壮大了:协作区域由最初的4个协作省括展到目前的13个;
