It was successfully developed by China Northeast Architectural Design Institute and Chaoyang Heavy Machinery Factory. The machine adopts horizontal directional vibration and vibratory solid shop method to feed materials with high production efficiency. When the time is reached, the output reaches 500 pieces (5 pieces at one time, cycle time is 30 seconds); the product has high strength, good appearance quality and low cement content (75~ # Each block is less than 2 kg); adaptability, in addition to ordinary concrete, but also the production of coal dry stone, cinder and other concrete blocks.
