近几年,伊拉克从联邦德国引引进了十几套粘土砖工厂设备。据德国人讲,这些设备是八十年代最先进的。我参观考察了这些厂,深感它们确实是先进的。下面谈谈在苏维拉砖厂的见闻。一、全厂概况苏维拉砖厂于1982年年底投产。全厂有三条生产线,年产240×115×75(毫米)的空心砖1.4～1.5亿块(折合我国标准砖2亿块左右)。全厂职工150人。其中经理1人,指挥生产的工程师4名,秘书、财会各1人,其余均为生产人员。该厂占地面积25万平方米。自破土动工到投产用了一年时间。全部投资1.4亿马克。
In recent years, Iraq has introduced dozens of clay brick factory equipment from the Federal Republic of Germany. According to Germans, these devices were the most advanced in the 1980s. I visited these factories and I deeply felt that they are indeed advanced. Here’s what I heard from the Suvilla brick factory. I. Overview of the whole plant The Suvira brick factory was put into operation at the end of 1982. There are three production lines in the whole plant, with an annual output of 240×115×75 (mm) hollow bricks ranging from 1.4 to 150 million (equivalent to about 200 million standard bricks in China). The entire factory employs 150 people. Among them, there is one manager, four engineers directing production, one secretary and one accounting, and the rest are production personnel. The plant covers an area of 250,000 square meters. It took one year from the groundbreaking to the start of production. All invested 140 million marks.
