目前,在内分泌学的研究方面,下丘脑激素领域取得了最显著的进步。主要是其化学结构明确,广泛用于下丘脑、垂体各种疾病的诊断,下丘脑的机能已被大部阐明。此外,这些激素的衍化物已能合成,并应用于诊断和治疗。不仅下丘脑,而且对于各种内分泌脏器中激素的产生、分泌过程和其异常的原因方面,遗传基因和免疫学的研究也出现飞跃进展。本篇主要就丘脑、垂体、肾上腺皮质、性腺机能异常的诊断和治疗研究动态作一叙述。下丘脑激素促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)负荷试验用于(?)CTH 的预备功能检查;生长激素释放激素(GRH)负荷试验用于生长激素(GH)的预备功能检查。
At present, in the field of endocrinology, the most remarkable progress has been made in the field of hypothalamic hormones.
