上海市卫生局于1987年8月26日一27日召开了钙拮抗剂抗心绞痛新药恬尔心片(盐酸地尔硫(艹卓)片,硫氮(艹卓)酮片,diltiazem hydrochloride Tab.)的专家审评会。本品为上海延安制药厂与日本田(?)制药厂株式会社的技术合作项目,由延安制药厂采用田(?)提供的原料处方及工艺,试制品完全符合田(?)质量标准。临床验证125例,经与成四硝酯采用随机、双盲、交叉给药(90-180 mg/d,ti d)症状有效率为94.9％,静态心电图总有效率为47.9％,均高于对照品(P<0.01)。心电图
