目的研究偏钒酸铵对SD大鼠空肠组织结构的影响。方法将112只健康清洁级SD大鼠随机分为偏钒酸铵高剂量(60mg/L)、中剂量(40mg/L)、低剂量(20mg/L)染毒组和对照组(蒸馏水),每组28只,雌雄各半,自由饮水染毒,连续染毒8周。于染毒第4、8周,测量空肠绒毛的长度、肠腺深度及肠壁厚度,计算绒毛长度与肠腺深度的比值,并观察空肠病理组织结构。结果随偏钒酸铵染毒剂量的增加,SD大鼠体重以及空肠绒毛长度、肠腺深度和肠壁厚度呈下降趋势,绒毛长度与肠腺深度的比值较低,差异多有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。病理学观察结果显示,偏钒酸铵可使空肠绒毛上皮细胞脱落,微绒毛损伤、变短并脱落,线粒体和内质网数量减少、结构破坏。结论偏钒酸铵钒对SD大鼠空肠黏膜具有明显的毒性作用。
Objective To study the effect of ammonium metavanadate on the structure of jejunum in SD rats. Methods One hundred and twelve healthy SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: high dose ammonium metavanadate (60mg / L), medium dose (40mg / L) and low dose (20mg / L) Each group of 28, male and female, free drinking water, continuous exposure for 8 weeks. At the 4th and 8th week of exposure, the length of jejunum villi, the depth of intestinal glands and the thickness of intestinal wall were measured. The ratio of villus length to glandular gland depth was calculated, and the histopathology of jejunum was observed. Results With the increase of dose of ammonium metavanadate, the body weight, the length of jejunum villus, the depth of intestinal gland and the thickness of intestinal wall decreased, the ratio of villus length to glandular gland depth was lower, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05, P <0.01). The results of pathology showed that ammonium metavanadate could shed the jejunum villi epithelial cells, damage microvilli, shorten and fall off, reduce the number of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum, and destroy the structure. Conclusion Ammonium vanadyl vanadate has obvious toxic effects on the jejunum mucosa of SD rats.
