对于电力电子装置而言,驱动保护电路的设计可以说是非常重要,其直接关系到电力电子装置能否实现可靠、安全的运行。主要针对子模块为半桥结构的MMC变流器,设计了子模块的驱动保护电路。该电路可以实现对子模块中的IGBT器件进行驱动,并且可以实现故障的快速定位和处理,实现了对IGBT器件的保护,使MMC变流器的工作可靠性得到了大大的提高。最后通过仿真软件PSIM以及实验对所设计的电路进行了验证和分析,结果表明,该电路能够很好地实现对子模块电路的驱动和保护,并且能够满足故障条件下的保护需求。
