本文把地方(Local)定义为全球尺度(Scale)之下的各种尺度,包括由国家组成的区域、国家以及国家内的各种地区,这里着眼于国家。要理解经济全球化和中国这样的全球和地方互动,权力和制度变迁是关键维度。西方化(特别是美国化)的经济全球化向中国扩散和渗透,呈现出明显的权力特征,中国作为非西方国家,承受着来自西方的外部冲击,最终选择渐进的经济转型战略,在融入经济全球化过程中壮大实力,成为一个经济权力中心,增大在全球经济事务中的发言权,推动国际经济秩序的制度变迁,重新塑造经济全球化。
This paper defines Local as the scales under the global scale, including regions, countries, and regions within the country, with a focus on the country. To understand such global and local interactions, such as economic globalization and China, power and institutional change are the key dimensions. Westernized (especially Americanized) economic globalization spreads and infiltrates into China and shows obvious characteristics of power. China, as a non-western country, has undergone an external shock from the West and has finally chosen a gradual strategy of economic transformation in integrating itself with the economy In the course of globalization, it has grown its strength and became an economic power center, increasing its say in global economic affairs, promoting the institutional changes in the international economic order and reinventing economic globalization.
