师范生是未来教育教学的师资源。未来教育教学的理念、质量和创新力皆与今天师范生的培养有直接关系。作为英语师范生的培养,同样有着重要价值,但当下受高考指挥棒等多因素影响,英语师范生的职业认同度未免受到一定冲击。对此,本文就其成因予以分析并提出管窥之见,或许对教育教学改革有一定裨益。
Normal students are the teaching resources of the future education and teaching. The concept, quality and innovation of future education and teaching are all directly related to the training of normal students today. As an English teacher training, also has an important value, but the moment by the college entrance examination and other factors affect the baton, vocational school students in English recognition is inevitably a certain impact.
