〔目的〕了解国际旅行卫生保健中心发展过程中存在的风险因素,完善国际旅行卫生保健中心风险评估体系和风险应对策略,国际旅行卫生保健中心实行风险管理、强化工作质量,推动国际旅行卫生保健中心实现可持续发展。〔方法〕利用风险管理的方法,从保健中心的整体战略目标出发,在保健中心运行的各个环节和层次进行各种风险的识别和评估。〔结果〕确定了国际旅行卫生保健中心发展过程中存在的人力资源风险、技术风险、设备风险、管理风险等潜在风险因素,用层次分析法来进行风险评估。提出了建立国际旅行卫生保健中心风险管理组织体系、风险管理制度、实行品牌战略的思想,从根本上规避风险;同保险机构合作、为出境人员办理保险等风险应对策略。〔结论〕国际旅行卫生保健中心实行风险管理科学、可行,有利于其强化工作质量,推动自身发展。
[Objectives] To understand the risk factors existing in the development of international travel health centers, improve the risk assessment system and risk response strategies of international travel health centers, implement risk management and enhance the quality of work in international travel health centers, and promote the development of International Travel Health Care Center To achieve sustainable development. [Methods] Using risk management methods, starting from the overall strategic goal of the health center, various risks are identified and evaluated at all aspects and levels of operation of the health center. [Results] The potential risk factors such as human resource risk, technical risk, equipment risk and management risk existed in the development of international travel health care center were identified, and the risk analysis was conducted by AHP. Put forward the idea of establishing risk management organization system and risk management system of international travel health care center and implementing brand strategy, and fundamentally hedging risks; cooperating with insurance agencies to handle insurance and other risk coping strategies for exit personnel. CONCLUSION: The International Travel Health Care Center conducts a risk management science which is feasible and conducive to strengthening the quality of its work and promoting its own development.
