链霉素是由放线菌属的灰色链丝菌培养液中提出的一种抗菌素,目前是临床医师广泛应用的抗菌素之临床所用的链霉素有二种。一为硫酸盐链霉素,一为双氢链霉素;前者副作用以损害前庭为主,后者侵犯听神经而引起永久性的病变。目前学者将链霉素的副作用归纳为即时反应、神经毒性反应及变态反应三种。但临床上引起精神反应者为数不多。现将最近我院儿科所见的1例报导如下。
Streptomycin is an antibiotic proposed by the actinomycete gray streptococci culture medium. Currently, streptomycin is widely used clinically by clinicians as streptomycin. One for the sulfate streptomycin, one for dihydrostreptomycin; the former side effects to damage the vestibular-based, which violated the auditory nerve and cause permanent lesions. At present, scholars have summarized the side effects of streptomycin as immediate reaction, neurotoxic reaction and allergic reaction. However, one of the few clinically aroused mental reactions. Now we see a pediatric hospital reported as follows.
