斑蝥中毒,国内曾有报导。现将我们所见因堕胎而服含有斑蝥的中药复方致死1例报告如下:患者周××,女,39岁。患者以停经50天去该区卫生所作妇科检查,否认早孕。次日去就近卫生所检查,误诊为早孕开有斑蝥的中药复方堕胎,斑蝥剂量用二钱。1973年4月30日15时,患者服上方煎剂约300毫升(服药后进食),30分钟后即出现中毒症状(排除进食引起):恶心呕吐,吐出食物残渣,尿频、尿急、尿痛,腹痛,大小便下坠
