创建现状由于全国各地区的发展水平不一致,劳模创新工作室发展良莠不齐。一是“挂牌”现象——由企业的成建制的专业科研团队组成,授牌不授牌无区别,没有创先和引领作用。二是“盆景”现象。虽有劳模创新工作室,但是职工的参与率很低,没有充分调动职工积极参与其中,也缺乏系统的支撑体系,比如奖励机制等。
