欧洲国家维修团体联盟召开的第十次学术会议于 1990年10月15日至17日在西德威士巴登举行。参加这次会议的共有20个国家的350名代表。除欧洲国家外,中国、巴西、美国派代表团参加了会议。这次会议的主题是:维修──为将来的投资。会上共发表21篇论文,主要内容为维修概念、维修管理、教育培训、计算机在维修中的应用等方面。 经国家计委批准,中国设备管理协会派代表团参加了欧联会议。代表团成员为:团长罗云(海军工程学院教授)、副团长蓝文谨(中国设协副秘书长、研究员级高工),团员陈学楚(空军工程学院教授)、王汉功(二炮工程学院教授)和马世宁(装甲兵工程学院高级工程师)。
The tenth academic conference convened by the European Union of National Maintenance Groups took place from 15 to 17 October 1990 in Bad Wiesbaden, West Germany. A total of 350 representatives from 20 countries attended the conference. In addition to European countries, China, Brazil and the United States sent delegations to the conference. The theme of this conference is: Maintenance - for future investment. A total of 21 papers were published at the conference. The main contents included maintenance concepts, maintenance management, education and training, and computer application in maintenance. Approved by the State Planning Commission, the China Equipment Management Association sent a delegation to the European Union conference. Members of the delegation are: Head Luo Yun (Professor of the Naval Academy of Engineering), deputy head Lan Wenjin (Deputy Secretary-General of the China Association, Senior Researcher of the Research Institute), members Chen Xuechu (Professor of the Air Force Academy of Engineering), and Wang Hangong (second artillery project) College Professor) and Ma Shining (Senior Engineer, Academy of Armored Forces Engineering).
