一种耗能少、一次除油和磷化的低温的工艺方法正由Croftshaw(溶剂)有限公司投入英国市场。这种以无水溶剂为基础的处理方法,不仅能达到高效、节省劳动费用、空间和能源,还为板件的金属表面提供一层保护层并为涂漆作好准备。这种无水溶剂称之谓冷磷,它是以亚甲氯化物、磷酸和其它一些由Diamond Shamrock公司研制的物质为基础的一种溶剂。这种溶剂对任何漆层脱落点的锈蚀扩展起物理阻碍作用。其主要优点是:它取代了消耗能量高因而成本昂贵的一般清洗、磷化工艺及其装备,同时也解决了耗水多及污水问题。
A low-energy, degreasing and phosphating process is being tapped into the UK by Croftshaw (Solvents) Ltd. This anhydrous solvent-based approach not only achieves high efficiency, labor savings, space and energy, but also provides a protective coating on the metal surfaces of the panels and prepares them for painting. This anhydrous solvent is called cold phosphorous and is a solvent based on methylene chloride, phosphoric acid and some other materials developed by Diamond Shamrock. This solvent physically hinders the corrosive spreading of any paint off point. The main advantage is that it replaces the general cleaning and phosphating processes and their equipment that consume a lot of energy and thus are costly, while also solving the problem of excessive water consumption and sewage.
