试验将PVC聚能管应用于岩巷快掘。首先进行了爆破参数的设计和优化,进行了全断面两边周边眼对比试验,然后进行了全断面控制和非控制爆破对比试验。试验表明,全部周边眼应用聚能管进行控制爆破,眼痕率可以达到90%,炮眼利用率可以达到95%,炮眼利用率能提高5%。简易切缝聚能管可以作为标准聚能管的替代品,但要发挥切缝管控制爆破的最大效用,爆破参数必须合理。
Test will be applied to PVC polymer tube fast lane rock excavation. Firstly, the design and optimization of blasting parameters were carried out. The contrast test of the surrounding eyes on both sides of the full cross section was carried out. Then the comparison test between full cross section control and non-controlled blasting was carried out. Experiments show that all the peripheral eyes using energy-controlled tube blasting, eye marks can reach 90%, blasthole utilization can reach 95%, blasthole utilization can be increased by 5%. Simple incision polygon tube can be used as a substitute for standard polygon tube, but to maximize the effectiveness of the kerf control blasting, blasting parameters must be reasonable.
