日前,《山西省女职工劳动保护条例(草案)》提交省十二届人大常委会第十九次会议初审。草案以保障女职工在劳动过程中的安全与健康为立法宗旨,率先提出女职工经期、孕期、产期、哺乳期、更年期等“五期”保护,女职工痛经可带薪休息至少一天。草案还提出,女职工生育或者妊娠满7个月引产的,按照本单位上年度职工平均工资2%的标准发给一次性营养补助;每人每月发放不低于30元卫生费;生育或引产可享受不同天数的产假。(据《山西晚报》)《山西省女职工劳动保护条例
