In the eyes of hundreds of millions of people looking forward to, “the most stringent history” food safety law has finally completed the first revision. Looking back nearly a year of law revision process, the NPC Standing Committee has twice promulgated the revised draft food safety law to solicit opinions from all walks of life; held a number of forums to listen to the relevant departments, NPC deputies, experts and industry associations; Heilongjiang, Jilin and other places to conduct research, and grassroots law enforcement officers, food companies face to face communication, but also on-site inspection farmer’s market, small workshops and other food safety incidents prone, multiple places. It is precisely because of the so hard, solid and meticulous
