为了提高干部学历教育质量,使干部教育更直接有效地为经济建设服务,可采取以下措施: (一) 加强干部学历教育宏观管理。第一、端正办学指导思想。干部学历教育要以提高干部队伍素质为中心,坚持“教育必须为社会主义建设服务,社会主义建设必须依靠教育”的原则。做到三个面向,真正培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的台格人才。第二、加强计划管理,建立台理的干部教育结构体系。一是合理的层次结构;层次结构要与经济发展比例相适应,坚决杜绝追求“高文凭”“高学历”之风,提高办学的社
