海峡两岸经贸关系乃是一种在特殊政治背景之下的经济关系。政治关系的复杂性决定了经济关系的不稳定性和脆弱性。虽然,两岸经贸关系历经20年的风风雨雨,已经取得了长足的发展,但至今仍面临着政治性因素的困扰。消除政治干扰,促进两岸经贸关系的良性健康发展,既是海内外学者关注的焦点所在,也是两岸双方发展跨世纪经贸关系的目标所在。
The economic and trade relations between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait are an economic relationship under a special political background. The complexity of political relations determines the instability and vulnerability of economic relations. Although the economic and trade relations between the two sides of the strait have enjoyed rapid development after 20 years of ups and downs, they are still plagued by political factors. The elimination of political interference and the sound and healthy development of cross-Strait economic and trade relations are not only the focus of attention both at home and abroad, but also the goal of the cross-Strait economic and trade relations between the two sides of the strait.
