ZT3铸造钛合金在浇注成型过程中,要求及时提供化学成分的准确数据,用传统的化学分析法虽然可以提供准确的分析结果,但不能满足“及时”快速的要求。本文提出了在HCl-HBF_4介质中快速测定Al、Mo、Sn、Fe、Si的原子吸收法,试验研究了盐酸、氟硼酸用量,基体钛和钛合金中常见元素对待测元素的影响。经加入回收试验与样品分析结果对照表明,本法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,完全满足ZT3浇注成型过程“质控分析”要求,也适用于其它牌号钛合金的分析。
ZT3 cast titanium alloy in the casting process requires the timely provision of accurate chemical composition of the data, with the traditional chemical analysis, although it can provide accurate analysis of the results, but can not meet the “timely” fast requirements. In this paper, atomic absorption spectrometry for the rapid determination of Al, Mo, Sn, Fe and Si in HCl-HBF_4 media was proposed. The effects of hydrochloric acid, borofluoride dosage, common elements in matrix titanium and titanium alloy on the elements to be tested were studied. By adding recycling test and sample analysis results show that this method is simple, fast, accurate and reproducible, fully meet the ZT3 casting process “quality control analysis” requirements, but also for other grades of titanium alloy analysis.
