乡镇企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,农村集体经济的重要支柱,国营企业的重要补充,在工农业总产值中占有很大的比重。我们过去对乡镇工业进行经济理论方面的探讨很少,并没有真正地认识它们,理解它们的活动、方向和影响,因而在思想上和实践中就难免出现偏差。现在,随着我国经济管理体制的改革,农业经济结构和经营方式的巨大变革与发展,认识和理解乡镇工业就成为经济理论战线的一项重要任务。因为,它不仅关系农村经济的兴衰存亡,而且关系到国民经济全局,关系到我们的经济和社会发展战略。
Township enterprises are an important part of our national economy, an important pillar of the rural collective economy and an important complement to state-owned enterprises, which account for a large proportion of the total industrial and agricultural output. In the past, we did not discuss economically the theory of township industries for a long time. We did not really understand them, understand their activities, directions and influences. Therefore, we can not avoid deviations in our thinking and practice. Nowadays, with the reform of China’s economic management system and the tremendous change and development of agricultural economic structure and mode of operation, it has become an important task for economic theory to recognize and understand the township industries. Because it is not only related to the rise and fall of the rural economy, but also to the overall national economy and our economic and social development strategy.
