本文根据一台5t/h两排大间距冷风冲天炉热平衡计算结果分析了冲天炉的主要热损失,并从节能的观点出发提出了应采取的措施。从理论和实践两方面对二次送风的关键问题——送风位置、风量及风口大小的确定进行了试验和分析,提出了三种计算二次送风风量的方法;还针对人们对二次送风有所担心的问题作了解答。因而从实践到理论对高温、优质、高效的两排大间距加二次送风冲天炉予以充分的肯定,为这种冲天炉的发展、推广提供了理论根据。
According to the calculation results of heat balance of a 5t / h two-row large-spacing cold air cupola, the main heat loss of the cupola is analyzed and the measures to be taken are put forward from the viewpoint of energy conservation. From two aspects of theory and practice, the key issues of secondary air supply, such as the position of air supply, the volume of air and the size of air outlet, were tested and analyzed. Three methods of calculating the amount of air supply for secondary air supply were put forward. Air supply have some concerns about the answer. Thus from practice to theory of high temperature, high quality and efficiency of the two rows of large space plus second air cupola fully affirmed, for the development of this cupola to provide a theoretical basis for promotion.
