降钙素(CT)对骨组织的主要作用是减少破骨细胞数量,降低其活性,从而对骨吸收起抑制作用,促进造骨系统细胞中钙离子在骨基质的沉积。1969年,Delling等利用大白鼠胫骨骨折模型,将对照组和给予CT组进行比较,报告CT组再生性骨痂增加,并在骨折部位得到完全的固定,本文参考了上述结果并加以讨论。
The main effect of calcitonin (CT) on bone tissue is to reduce the number of osteoclasts and reduce their activity, thereby inhibiting bone resorption and promoting the deposition of calcium ions in the bone-forming system cells. In 1969, Delling et al. Used the rat model of tibia fracture to compare the control group with the CT group. The regenerative callus of the CT group was reported to be increased and completely fixed at the fracture site. This article refers to the above results and discusses them.
