某型鱼雷燃烧室喷嘴流量范围大,自适应性强,与普通离心喷嘴明显不同。本文根据某型鱼雷燃烧室喷嘴的结构尺寸,分析此离心喷嘴的流量变化特点,并在此基础上建立了喷嘴流量变化特性的数学模型。运用数值解法,编程计算了喷嘴流量与喷嘴前后压差的变化关系。最后分析了影响该离心喷嘴流量特性变化的因素。此算法和结果对鱼雷燃烧室变截面大流量离心喷嘴的设计有参考价值。
A torpedo burner nozzle flow range, adaptability, and ordinary centrifugal nozzle significantly different. According to the structure size of a torpedo chamber nozzle, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the flow variation of the centrifugal nozzle, and on this basis establishes the mathematical model of nozzle flow characteristics. Using numerical solution, the relationship between nozzle flow and nozzle differential pressure was calculated and programmed. Finally, the factors influencing the flow characteristics of the centrifugal nozzle are analyzed. This algorithm and the results of the torpedo chamber variable cross-section of large flow centrifugal nozzle design has reference value.
