推进住宅产业化面临的问题有:第一,关于成本。住宅产业化的成本要高于传统建筑方式,目前PC外墙成本增量大约是380元每平方米。从日本的经验看,这个差距可能会随应用规模的扩大而略有缩小。第二,关于标准。如目前关于住宅产业化缺少统一的技术规范和认证体系,给后期配套政策落实带来困难。政策建议如下。
