"Air upon wind leads to scattering, the water secures. In the law of Feng Shui, water rules." The hotel owner believes in the wisdom of Chinese Feng Shui philosophy, and the designer fully applied the principles of Feng Shui to hotel construction. Covering an area of 5 hectares, the hotel is dotted with pools, fountains and waterfalls, with water area adding up to a staggering 1.5 hectares, nearly 1/3 of the overall hotel. Such coolness is rare in the semi-arid climate of Marrakech.
Reflection on the water shows Andalusian column, Moorish arches, and straight marble walkway leading to the 41 rooms and suites, villas and palaces with outdoor gardens and swimming pools. Nestled by the waterfront, the hotel is a vast Balinese-inspired garden, with shades from palm trees and fragrance of jasmine. The fireplace light creates a warm atmosphere and the golden dome of palace shows an exotic charm, all five elements (Fire, Earth, Water, Metal, and Wood) are complete in the hotel design, everything is in harmony without excess. The interaction of such pure energy between the environment and people allows one to truly refresh the mind.
