用四氯化碳及一溴三氯甲烷作溶剂,进行过氧化2-甲基丁酰的热裂反应。在四氯化碳中产生2-氯丁烷、丁酮、2-甲基丁酸(可能以酰氯形式存在)、2-甲基丁酸2-丁酯与六氯乙烷。在一溴三氯甲烷中产生2-溴丁烷、氯仿、2-甲基丁酸、2-甲基丁酸2-丁酯与六氯乙烷。从所得产物2-卥代丁烷可以看出游离基(2-丁)不能保持其立体构型,发生完全的消旋作用。关于2-甲基丁酸2-丁酯的产生,本文结果支持环状活化物的机理(S_Ni):(?)→-R-(?)-O-R+CO_2
The thermal cleavage of 2-methylbutyryl peroxide was carried out using carbon tetrachloride and bromine trichloromethane as the solvent. Production of 2-chlorobutane, butanone, 2-methylbutyrate (possibly in acid chloride form), 2-butyl 2-methylbutyrate and hexachloroethane in carbon tetrachloride. 2-Bromobutane, chloroform, 2-methylbutyric acid, 2-butyl 2-methylbutyrate and hexachloroethane are produced in monochloroform trichloromethane. It can be seen from the obtained product 2-butane-butane that the free base (2-butyl) can not maintain its stereoconfiguration and undergo complete racemization. For the production of 2-butyl 2-methylbutanoate, the results support the mechanism of cyclic activator (S_Ni): (?) → -R - (?) - O-R + CO_2
