气功修炼的站桩、抱球,对于某些功法来说是最基本的动作。入门就会,人人都会。修炼气功几十年,还是离不了站桩抱球这个基本动作。在旁观者看来,似乎枯燥。其实站桩、抱球这简单的一个姿势,里面有很多奥妙,很多层次,正如佛家坐禅一样,简单一个坐禅的姿势,却分成了“四禅八定”。所谓大道不繁,这正是“站桩”和“坐禅”这一类高级功法的玄妙之处。下面试以本人修炼中国道家虚灵功的“养气蓄能法”,即站桩抱球的功感体会和进展层次来介绍说明。
