目的:研究醒脑益智胶囊对亚硝酸钠致小鼠记忆巩固障碍模型的影响。方法:小鼠60只随机分为空白对照组,模型组,石杉碱甲0.05 mg/kg,醒脑益智胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组(179.2,89.6,44.8 mg/kg),每天ig给药2次,连续15d进行预防性给药。给药后一次性皮下注射亚硝酸钠(120 mg/kg)复制小鼠学习记忆巩固障碍模型,避暗法、跳台法测定学习记忆能力,测定脑组织中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,醒脑益智胶囊中(89.6 mg/kg)、高剂量组(179.2 mg/kg)能在一定程度上延长小鼠潜伏期,减少5分钟内错误次数,提高SOD活力,降低MDA的含量,以高剂量治疗效果尤为明显。结论:醒脑益智胶囊有促进记忆和改善亚硝酸钠致小鼠记忆巩固障碍的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Xingnao Yizhi capsule on the model of memory consolidation in mice induced by sodium nitrite.
