经济是竞技体育发展的基础,这是勿庸置疑的。经济的基础作用并不就是决定作用。唯有经济发展,竞技体育才能发展的观点,是不切实际的。决定竞技水平的不是经济基础,而是上层建筑。应当重视上层建筑对竞技体育的重大影响和一定条件下的决定作用。
Economic is the basis for the development of competitive sports, which is beyond doubt. The fundamental role of the economy is not the decisive one.
