利用LB膜制作光学器件的研究最近取得了重要进展.从器件研制的要求出发,LB膜不仅要有较大的非线性极化率,还要有优秀的光学质量和足够的厚度.一种高质量的多层LB膜,其二次谐波(SHG)强度应与膜层数的平方成正比.然而,能基本满足这一关系的膜材料却不多.2-硝基-5-(N-甲基-N-十八烷基)氨基苯甲酸(简写NMOB)是近年来推出的一种LB膜新材料,它有出色的成膜性能,可以拉制多达数百层的Y型膜.本文用它制备了非中心对称的多层膜,并研究了它的二阶非线性光学性质.
Recent progress has been made in the fabrication of optical devices using LB films.From the requirements of device development, LB films not only have larger non-linear polarizability, but also have excellent optical quality and sufficient thickness.
