本文研究了室温形变和稀土元素对离子SCN共渗过程的影响。试验结果表明室温形变对离子SCN共渗过程和气体氮化过程的影响有着不同规律。稀土元素对离子SCN共渗工艺具有明显的催渗作用。且发现对于合金钢的催渗效果要比碳钢大。对室温成型工件进行稀土SCN共渗工艺处理,可有效地改善工件表面性能。
In this paper, the effects of room temperature deformation and rare earth elements on ion SCN infiltration process were studied. The experimental results show that room temperature deformation has different laws on the ion SCN infiltration process and gas nitriding process. Rare earth elements ion SCN osmosis infiltration process has obvious effect. It is found that the effect of hydrogen permeation on alloy steel is larger than that of carbon steel. Rare-earth SCN infiltration process at room temperature can improve the surface properties of the workpiece effectively.
