The project of the HIRPL-CSR is being done and the CSRm vacuum system was finished in March 2004. In order to meet the requirement of the beam storage time in HIRFL-CSR storage ring, the average vacuum degree of 6×10-9 Pa is requested in the ultra-high vacuum system. To reach the target, the vacuum baking-out system must be set up on the system so as to make it baked to about 250℃after the system being exposed to the atmosphere. The vacuum baking-out system main by consists of the thermal sensors, heating jackets (Fig.1), baking-out control system and so on.
