Great progress was achieved in CSRm vacuum system in the year of 2004. All of the components have been fixed to the system. After mechanic adjustment, baking-out on line, average vacuum degree of CSRm was up to better than 5×10-10 Pa. In this paper, the mechanic installation and adjustment, fix of baking system, process of pumping and result are introduced.
Great progress was achieved in CSRm vacuum system in the year of 2004. All of the components have been fixed to the system.
