胰性霍乱或称水泻—低血钾—无胃酸(WDHA)综合征,本病少见,至1973年国外报告64例。国内1977年报告1例,本文报告1例,临床考虑本病,尸检证实为胰岛非β细胞癌伴有周围淋巴结及肝转移。
Pancreatic cholera or hydronegative - hypokalemia - no gastric acid (WDHA) syndrome, rare in this disease, to 1973 reported 64 cases abroad. One case was reported in 1977 in China. One case was reported in this paper. The disease was considered clinically. Autopsy confirmed non-beta cell carcinoma of the islet with peripheral lymph nodes and liver metastases.
