2010年江苏省射阳县供电公司共实现负荷管理预购电用户703户,占启用终端的71.52%。除了分次结算的2户大电力客户外,315千伏安以上的电力工业客户已全部实现了负荷管理购电。2010年公司全年发生负荷管理预购电暂存10002笔,暂存金额共计39481.52万元,占电费发生额的52.42%。负荷管理装置监测负荷达到11.5万千瓦,监测面达到61.04%,投运率达到100%,通讯成功率达到99.99%,抄表传送成功率达到100%。负荷管理预购电应用成为保证电费资金颗料归仓的重要技术手段。
