以前认为胃的印戒细胞癌发生自胃的固有粘膜,但后来根据PAS-Alcian blue染色及Al-P酶活性的研究,了解到印戒细胞癌之中有的与肠上皮化生的性质很相似,因此印戒细胞癌的分类就有了问题。作者选CEA及肠粘液抗原(IMA)作为肠上皮化生的指标,用免疫组织学方法检查印戒细胞癌有无这些抗原。在12例胃印戒细胞癌及1例移植于裸鼠并传代的胃印戒细胞癌标本做了三项观察:①免疫电镜法,用兔抗CEA血清及抗IMA血清的lgG部分和辣根过氧化酶标记的山羊抗兔lgG的Fab′部分,进行酶抗体试验后,电镜观察。②免疫光镜法,用含1%醋酸的75%酒精固定,酶抗体试验后镜检。③透射电镜法,4%戊二醛及2%饿酸固定,电镜观察。
It was previously thought that signet-ring cell carcinoma of the stomach developed from the intrinsic mucosa of the stomach, but it was later learned that the nature of metaplasia in the signet-ring cell carcinoma and the metaplasia of the intestinal metaplasia was based on PAS-Alcian blue staining and Al-P enzyme activity.
