一个人闲着或十分无聊的时候,往往拿起笔,随便在一张纸上乱涂乱画,即涂鸦。表面看上去这是毫无目的,不知不觉的行为,实际上,这却是一个洞察自己和了解他人内心奥秘的大好机会,因为在涂鸦时是处于不受意识监控的无意识状态。其所涂画出来的图形是秘藏深处的有关他的期冀、野心、恐惧和梦想等等的流露。下面对几种常见的有代表性的涂鸦进行简略分析: 1.有规则的粗重线条的图形(如图)——反映了你已经在你和外部世界之间筑起了一道障碍物。你面对某些事情时不知所措,无以应对,于是只好逃避,小心防范。你只是在盼望、等待,认为一旦遇到知心的人,事情便好起来。
