一、课堂中彰显学生的创新地位传统教育存在着模式化培养。课堂上教师是主体,是知识的权威,“我讲你学、我说你听”、以自身感受代替学生体验、以间接经验代替直接经验进行教学。这种教育抑制了学生的创新天性。教师须树立培养学生自主、探究的学习能力和意识,只有躬下身来,走下讲台,才能使课堂成为学生主动学习,积极思维的乐堂,使学生始终保持积极的心态和愉悦的体验中。一个灌输式课堂是对学生创新
