将适当尺寸的凸面镜粘结于位移物体上,用氦氖激光束照射镜的凸面,并用屏接收反射的光点。物体发生位移时会使凸面处激光反射条件发生变化,从而引起接收屏上反射光点位置变化。找出物体位移和反射光点移动距离之间的函数关系,便可通过测量光点移动距离来测量物体的位移。用这种方法可以实现位移的无接触测量。测量范围为数厘米,精度可达10~(-10)毫米
